In the CRM installation folder under CRM<CRM install name>tomcat<crm install name>jWEB-INF folder
Open (Sage CRM 7.1) or (Sage CRM 7.2)
Check the following:

Database Server Name
Database Username
Database Password

Correct the above settings, Save File
Restart Tomcat service.
