Issue Resolution:

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Click Start, Run or Search
  2. Type regacc.exe
  3. Run regacc.exe as Administrator

Upon completion the Regacc will create a log file. Please review the logfile to determine if there were any files not registered.
